I-tinerary

soooo...just to let everyone know when i'll be where, or where i'll be at certain whens. i'm also including the names of people i'm staying with, which (who knows?) may become useful at some point.

May 2nd: fly to Paris! arrive at like, 6am on May 3rd. This will be Katya time.
May 10th: fly to Dublin, sketchily arriving in the middle of the night: 10:15pm. A week in which I will hopefully see Przemek at some points. Sketchily leave first thing in the morning (7:15am) on May 18th.
May 18th: if i haven't lost my paper ticket or visa yet, fly to St. Petersburg via a 45-minute connection in Prague (10:45-11:30; think it's possible?). arrive in St. Petersburg at 3:55pm and refuse to leave the airport until Katya (different Katya) and Kostya arrive and take me safely out. Some time in this week will also be spent in Moscow and possibly Novgorod.
May 27th: 5pm flight to Vienna (providing they let me out of Russia), via a 2-hour connection in Berlin. Arriving in Vienna at 8:45pm and getting myself to my hostel.
May 28th: after wandering around Vienna for the day, i'll find the south train station and cart myself off to Piestany, near Bratislava in Slovakia. There I will be met by Lenka, to spend a few days with her and her Italian boyfriend, Nio.
June 1st: wake up bright and early and take the bus into Bratislava; find Marek and his apartment. Spend a few days with him and Roman.
June 4th: catch an early train to Gyor (Hungary), to meet Renata. This week will involve Gyor, Budapest, Lake Balaton, some villages, and possibly a trip to Debrecen to see Aniko's organ concert.
June 11th or 12th: now begins the week of uncertainty...there could be a few more days in Hungary, Krakow to see Baker, or a town in Kezmarok (Slovakia) to see Majo.
Around June 16th or 17th, I'll drop whatever I'm doing and train it to Prague. By this point I damn well hope I will have booked a hostel there, possibly one with a comfy private room because by this point I likely won't have slept in 6 weeks.
June 20th: find some legitimate way to get myself to the airport, and fly HOME at *7:15 am*, via a 1 1/2-hr connection in Paris. Toronto will welcome me back at 1pm. Take the opportunity to come love me, and speak English to me; I won't have heard that in awhile.
